The Company has completed the placement of 1,050,000,000 ordinary shares and 1,050,000,000 free attached options to Northwest Nonferrous Australia Mining Pty Ltd.
Following a general meeting shareholders approved the transaction with Northwest Nonferrous International Investment Company Limited (“NWII”) on a placement of 1,050,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company

31-03-2011 - Synergy Metals Limited is to undertake infill and extensional drilling at Sunnyside and the Centre Country, and a limited underground exploration drilling program in the Maude Gold Mine.
21 -02-2011 - The FIRB has approved the proposed investment by NWII in Synergy Metals Ltd through a placement of 1,050,000,000 ordinary shares for an investment of A$12.6 million and 1,050,000,000 free attached options exercisable at 1.6 cents each.
